Designed by professional guides and meeting USGS standards with accuracy to 1/50th of an inch, this orienteering tool features scales used on topographic maps in the U.S., Alaska, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and Japan, including 10 scales in both kilometers and miles: 1:20,000; 1:24,000; 1:25,000; 1:30,750; 1:50,000; 1:62,500; 1:63,360; 1:100,000; 1:125,000 and 1:250,000. The map tool also offers 10 slope indexes, a compass rose, a UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator) grid and three UTM corner readers.
